The challenge

The Courts at West Meade is a pickleball club in Nashville with open play, clinics, lessons, DUPR leagues and private events on its calendar. All of it — sessions, open spots, prices and registration — lives in CourtReserve.

The club needed a website that looked as good as the facility and told the truth about the schedule: what’s on, what it costs and how many spots are left, without anyone copying details from CourtReserve into WordPress. Its weekly league night — 48 players on six courts — needed check-in, court assignments, scoring and standings that keep up with the room.

What we built

The website

  • Brand-aligned custom WordPress theme
  • Live upcoming-events grid and carousel pulled from CourtReserve, refreshed every 15 minutes, with filter pills for Open play, Clinics, Social, DUPR and Lessons
  • Event detail pages
  • Court booking, quick-book and private-lesson booking embeds
  • Memberships, open play, clinics, private events (with an inquiry form), player guidelines and FAQ pages

CourtReserve integration

  • A custom WordPress plugin connected to the CourtReserve API
  • A DUPR league landing page whose spots, prices and dates come live from CourtReserve
  • SportsEvent and FAQ structured data, so Google can read the league page properly

Email & hosting

  • Mailchimp signup with automated welcome journeys
  • Migration from Cloudways to Hostinger

  • Weekly league nights such as “Wednesday Night Lights” run on Recplay: text check-in, a pod ladder, scoring from players’ phones, live standings and DUPR results export
