For clubs & sports facilities

Websites and software that keep courts full and calendars booked.

Your schedule, programs and registrations already live in CourtReserve. We build club websites that read from it, so the site stays accurate on its own, and run league nights on Recplay, our league and event software.

Update CourtReserve once. The website follows.

The approach behind wmcourts.com: CourtReserve stays the single place your team keeps programs current.

  1. Staff update CourtReserve

Change a program, a price or a schedule once, in the system your team already uses every day.

  2. The website reads it live

Listings, spots left, league pages and prices refresh on their own. Nobody retypes anything into the website.

  3. Players book in CourtReserve

Every button opens the exact CourtReserve page. Accounts, payments and card data stay in CourtReserve.

What a club site can include

Every club is different; these are the pieces we pick from. Each one is in use at The Courts at West Meade.

Recplay

League nights, run from one screen.

Recplay is our league and event platform: a player app on iPhone and Android, and a console staff run from a laptop or a phone at the desk. At The Courts at West Meade it runs 48 players on 6 courts every week.

  1. Players get a text asking if they’re in this week and reply YES or NO.
  2. Staff check players in; Recplay balances groups by level and assigns courts.
  3. Players enter scores on their phones; disputes come to staff with both versions side by side.
  4. Standings and the ladder update automatically, and the next rotation is ready.

Players can keep registering and paying in CourtReserve; Recplay runs the night itself.

Questions clubs ask

Do we have to move off CourtReserve?
No. CourtReserve stays the system of record for accounts, bookings and payments. The website reads from it and sends players back into it.
What do you need from us?
Read-only CourtReserve API access for live listings, your logo and photos, and one person on your team who can answer content questions.
Can our staff edit the site?
Yes. Programs, prices and dates update from CourtReserve automatically; everything else, such as pages, notices and photos, your team can edit after a short training session.
How long does a project take?
A site like West Meade’s typically takes 8 to 10 weeks from kickoff to launch. Content readiness sets the pace more than design or development does.
